Akkodis is seeking a Python Developer for a Full Time Job with a client in Jersey City/Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC/Atlanta, GA/Jacksonville, FL/Plano, TX and Chandler, AZ. Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry.
Full Time Pay Range: $125k - $160k; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Required Skills
• Develop integrations, frameworks and related operational tools in Python
• Excellent scripting ability
• Excellent data structures skills
• Good working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating environments
• CI/CD Tooling (Git, Jira, Ansible)
• Strong discipline regarding adherence to CI/CD processes
• Experience working with latency critical, high throughput distributed systems.
• Good working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating environment
• Develop tools to assist in debugging issues
• Understanding of RESTful principles, best practices and related technologies
• Providing 3rd level support as the highest level of internal technical escalation
Desired Skills
• Good knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast, Routing Protocols, Security)
• Experience in micro services/full stack development is a plus
• Thorough knowledge of Market Data Distribution technologies (Refinitiv, Bloomberg)
• Expert knowledge of consolidated and direct feeds
• A high level of experience in market data content from multiple providers.
• Experience in Refinitiv RFA, RTAPI and Bloomberg market data API's
• Experience in financial market applications, exchange data and internal trading flows
