JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a Manufacturing Planner / Scheduler II to efficiently plan and schedule production activities, analyze data for optimal production schedules, and drive continuous improvement in key metrics like OTIF, Backorder, Schedule Attainment, & Utilization.
The ideal candidate will lead planning assignments, facilitate projects with minimum supervision, and possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
This role is crucial for maintaining key performance indicators, coordinating material requirements, and ensuring on-time delivery through effective planning and scheduling
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for maintaining Safety Stock levels and minimizing internal raw material shortages.
- Prepare and present planning reports and projects with excellent communication skills.
- Support Master Production Schedules by planning and accurately planning material requirements.
- Coordinate new product introductions and manage material movement through production cycles.
- Implement corrective and preventive measures by analyzing stock out root causes with cross-functional teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficiency in ERP System (SAP).
- At least 2 years of experience in planning and scheduling in a relevant field.
- Proven knowledge of ISO / FDA, GMP, ISO Regulations and other regulatory requirements for diagnostics manufacturing.
