- Interest in pursuing an ag diesel technician career
- At least 1 year of experience as a diesel mechanic/technician performing service repairs
- Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- A valid driver’s license is required
