AKS Group/NR Hospitality is a real estate development company with land holdings in DE, NJ. We are looking for an assistant who can perform following duties
Telephone social media duties
Ordering supplies
Preparing and distributing marketing materials, documentation, and reports
Coordinating and preparing successful open house events
Preparing, delivering, and picking up real estate documents
Creating, designing, and distributing real estate brochures
Handling advertising of the property online and through newspapers
Taking photos of property before and after repairs and to be used in the marketing process
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
