EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor Degree
At least 3 yrs in leasing experience
Lease Research
Provide assistance on the following:
a) Tower Leases/licenses/use agreements related to space for equipment located on radio towers,
b) Ground leases for towers,
c) Memorandums of Understanding or Tower Use Agreements (TUA) with state or local entities
d) Assignments and Assumption.
Provide support to the Contract Manager and Leasing Manager for managing documents and recording information to a SharePoint filing system all items listed in #1.
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, performing clerical functions, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, tracking tasks, agenda preparation, and scheduling meetings.
Ensuring all statutes and rules are followed for the management of leases.
Skills:
Ability to speak and understand English Required
Be able to pass a client criminal background screening Required
Be knowledgeable about how to maintain accurate records and files. Required
Be knowledgeable about the client government business practices. Required
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required
Experience in researching legal documents, collecting and summarizing historical information, and preparing documents. Required
Experience providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports and handling information requests, Required 1 Years
Experience performing clerical functions and preparing correspondence Required 1 Years
Experience receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and tracking tasks Required 1 Years
Experience with agenda preparation and scheduling meetings. Required 1 Years
Experience with DocuSign Highly desired
Experience with Adobe Required 1 Years
Have at least three (3) years of experience in leasing Highly desired 3 Years
