Job Purpose
This ASC and ICO Metal Cluster project manager role is expected to lead and implement the key manufacturing projects and meet the set targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage project change requests and ensure appropriate approval
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Facilitate project meetings and report project progress to stakeholders
- Integrate lean methodology/ concept in the project design & processes
- Ensure compliance to AN HSE&S policies, objectives, standards, directives & guidelines
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Finance, HR teams, Commercial, R&D and other stakeholders
- University Education – Chemical / Paint Engineering or other technical degree – a must
- 10 yrs of hands on, post qualification - Paints & Coatings - Manufacturing & Projects experience
- Good interpersonal relationships
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
