Al-Corn Clean Fuel, leader within the renewable fuel sector, is seeking a Licensed Boiler Operator to join their team in Claremont, MN.

If you have at minimum an active Class 2B, 1B or Chief B boiler license, this is a career you need to explore.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn about and monitor the following equipment: turbine generator, steam systems, boilers/HRSGs, potable water systems, reverse osmosis systems, cooling towers, fire water protection systems, and air compressors
• Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all daily documentation and inspections
• Ensure department compliance policies, as well as relevant local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
• Collect, analyze, and report on process and quality assurance/quality control samples, and adjust plant operations when necessary
• Collect and process operations data and prepare daily logs to support the operation of the plant
• Support and perform preventative maintenance, planned and unplanned maintenance activities in the utilities department
• Communicate verbally and in writing to coordinate with team members and other departments to safely plan and execute maintenance repair work
• Determine methods and materials needed to complete assignments
• Must be available for after hours calls and shift coverage where required
• Comply with all safety and compliance regulations and policies in the execution of all job tasks
• Keep the facility, including production and office areas, clean and in tour ready condition
• Other duties as assigned

Annually Al-Corn grinds almost 44 million bushels of corn and produces 130 million gallons of ethanol. In addition, the plant produces DDGS, a high protein livestock feed, and distillers corn oil.
