We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide information about amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar customer service role is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
