Description
The Financial Services Officer I will cultivate and develop relationships in an effort to provide service that is meaningful and relevant to the individual member. The FSO I will open accounts, resolve issues, and will provide information and guidance to members on the products and services offered by Alabama ONE. Under general guidance, the FSO I will also consult with members regarding their consumer lending needs, and will analyze loan requests and make credit decisions based on established consumer lending guidelines.

Requirements
The FSO must be an effective and proactive communicator and should exhibit a positive, professional demeanor. Must be able to learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Alabama ONE products and services including consumer loans and procedures related to new account sales. The ideal candidate will be an engaged TEAMmate and will be willing to assist where needed in the branch. This position requires a High school diploma or GED and at least one year of similar or relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
