MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER

You’ll support one of the world’s most iconic brands in Space Camp and will advance the Rocket Center’s continuing mission to inspire the spirit of discovery in us all. Create, execute, and evaluate marketing and communication plans that help us achieve our goals of growing online and social audiences, increasing Rocket Center visits, and meeting camp enrollment goals. Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Primary responsibility for the selection and management of the Rocket Center’s Customer Relationship Management system and marcom automation tools.
- Leads cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing and communications campaigns.
- Works with internal stakeholders to stay abreast of promotional needs and opportunities.
- Contributes to long-term strategy and planning.
- Optimizes marketing and communication resources.
- Manages marketing and communications vendor relationships.
- Advertising and production budget oversight.
- Works with insights and analytics team to correctly target audiences, establish campaign goals, and track performance.
- Works with creative resources to ensure that assets are delivered on time.
- Efficiently coordinate all marketing and communications channels, including traditional media, social, digital, and PR.
- Create and document campaign best practices.
- Spearhead quarterly campaign reviews.
- Manage advertising and promotional budgets.
- Adhere to compliance standards.
- Generate operational and executive reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Preferred Education and Experience
- Project management certifications a plus (e.g. PMP)
- Familiarity with marketing technology solutions a plus (e.g. MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics solutions (e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics)
- Social media and inbound marketing certifications a plus (e.g. Hootsuite, Hubspot)
