Master's degree from an accredited educational institution.

Minimum of four (4) years progressively responsible administrative and supervisory educational experience.

Certification in Educational Leadership and Supervision.

Valid Alabama teaching certificate.

Knowledge of Alabama school laws, regulations and local School Board policies and procedures. Knowledge of federal guidelines as they relate to compensatory programs. Ability to evaluate programs with regard to serving diverse student groups. Ability to relate to a diverse group of people. A valid background review conducted by the ABI and FBI pursuant to the Alabama Child Protection Act of 1999 and ACT No. 2002-457, be fingerprinted and pay a $48.15 fee. This is required by law meeting the suitability criteria for employment. This is a brief job description other responsibilities and duties could be assigned.
