Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including training and development
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards
- Manage inventory control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Collaborate with culinary staff to develop and maintain high-quality menu offerings
- Utilize POS systems to process orders and track sales
- Coordinate and oversee banquet events
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in the food industry is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in inventory control practices
- Cash handling experience is required
- Culinary knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
