Job Summary and Description
Responsible for designing, programming and administering auxiliary business service delivery model for all vendor services; including, but not limited to food services, bookstore services, copy/printing services and the UPS stores.

Reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Financial Planning and Auxiliary Services


Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
  • Three years of experience in contract management or customer service management.
  • Experience with MS Office and accounting and financial ERP computer systems and applications.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Three years of experience managing higher education auxiliary business services.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Must have a valid driver license and be insurable through the organization’s insurers.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
