Job Summary and Description
Developing programs and processes that provide a service to students, and/or other internal College or District customers. The employee provides direct services to customers or collaborates with other professionals by one or more of the following: - Personally assessing situations, obtaining necessary information, drawing conclusions and recommending and/or implementing courses of action in accord with normal practices and procedures. - Advising or training other professionals. - Helping organize the activities and output of fellow workers on a day-to-day basis as a working supervisor or work leader.
Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree. An Associate in Applied Science degree with a major in computer information systems (CIS) (or the educational equivalent), management information systems (MIS) or a closely related field plus four years of experience as an
applications programmer or analyst may be substituted for the required bachelor’s degree. -
Four years of professional work experience as an applications analyst or programmer at the
highest technical level.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Degree in applied science with a major in CIS, MIS or a closely related field.
- Five or more years of experience.
Salary : $50,800 - $64,300
