Candidates should be a self-starter, excellent at multi-tasking, empathetic, compassionate and friendly. What the ideal candidate has and can do…Extensive experience handling and managing horsesStrong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients, doctors and team membersRegular cleaning, stocking and organization of equipment and materials for daily workflow and emergency readiness, including strict observation of biosecurity and maintenance of a clean and safe environment.Provide technical support to veterinarians in the delivery of primary care, diagnostic services and disease controlAssist with medications, treatments and surgical proceduresAbility to perform a variety of tasks utilizing a wide degree of creativity and attention to detailQualificationsInterested and open to learning new skillsExperience with computer entry of medical records and billingRVT-licensed a plus but not requiredMust be willing and able to work in Los Olivos, CAAdditional InformationAll information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
