Overview
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Primary Functions: The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, developing and project managing marketing campaigns and initiatives for Alaska USA and its family of businesses with the goal of increasing market share and providing positive member experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Education: BA in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Three years in similar position demonstrating excellent writing, editing and project management skills.
Experience/Skills: Two years marketing experience. Strong written and oral communication skills, strong strategic and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, environment. Collaborative spirit with creative spark that can contribute to the ideation of campaigns and programs. Ability to effectively execute on marketing concepts and initiatives, while managing project priorities and timelines. Ability to engage and work with stakeholders across multiple functional business lines. Passionate about building and maintaining brand consistency. Proven track record of serving in a client services marketing role. Highly proficient with MacOS software including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
