DIRECT CARE STAFFS - We offer High Pay Rate and Great Benefits !
Responsibilities :
Perform personal hygiene care and housekeeping duties
Prepare meals and assist clients with eating and drinking
Run errands, including shopping for groceries and essential household items
Help clients from their beds into chairs or wheelchairs and back
Transport clients in the community
Alay Home Care is a DDD Operational Provider who is devoted in supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Support Staff in the Home and Community settings.
We're able to take on Consumers along with their current Staff statewide, Servicing ALL NJ Counties !
Alay Home Care is a DDD Provider established in 2018. Since opening, we have serviced over 300 consumers throughout New Jersey.
Our team has been in the home care industry for over 22 years, consisting of a group of highly experienced and knowledgeable team members.
Our Mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to set and achieve life goals by being self-directed, healthy and live a meaningful life.
Our Goal is to identify and match a qualified support staff for individuals based on their needs.
Alay Home Care is offering a $20.50 / hr -$28 / hr pay rate and offers the following great benefits :

Requirements :
High School Diploma, Equivalent or Higher
Valid CPR / First Aid Certification
Training :
College of Direct Support - Online classes for DDD Certifications
Preferred
Vehicle for Community Transport
1 year Behavioral Experience
