Marketing Director Alba Court Residences & Adult Day Care

Alba Court Residences nested in the center of the beautiful of New Smyrna is looking for a vibrant, experienced and energetic Director.

Experience and success in marketing the new and beautiful community to private-pay clients

A well groomed and successful team is in place

Opening in late 2021 and already at 75% occupancy

Alba is a 109-bed facility, including memory care and a large adult day care

Salary competitive and negotiable

Bonuses for achieving goals at higher rates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Marketing: 4 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
