Automotive Finance Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all required documentation is obtained and deal jacket complete
  • Check all paperwork for correct title , payoff and lien information
  • Sell Finance products such as Service Contracts, Gap Insurance, etc.
  • Work one on one with customers
  • Work closely with Finance companies to insure paperwork is completed on time
  • Assist with month end close and getting deals to business office
  • Process customer contracts and miscellaneous paperwork
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with lenders
  • Work well in coordination with sales and office departments
  • Help with administrative tasks
  • Qualifications:
  • Organized and eye for detail
  • Can adhere to deadlines
  • Works efficiently and understands time management
  • Must have HS Diploma or GED
  • Work experience in an office or dealership environment
  • Great attitude
  • Quick learner of multiple software programs
  • Self Starter and able to work without close supervision

*** This position does require a minimum of 2 Saturdays (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM) per month.***
