Automotive Service Advisor/Writer

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history
- Assist customers with questions or concerns about their vehicle maintenance
- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate

Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive repair or service management preferred
- Knowledge of automotive systems, including shocks, struts, suspension, oil changes, and vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity with diesel engine repair is a plus
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,514.64 - $77,695.05 per year
