What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Person position at Albertsons Companies?
As a Key Person you are responsible for customer relations and satisfaction and cultivating a culture where associates are empowered to do their best work. You will create an environment of food exploration, innovation and dedication for customers and associates. You will actively participate in the training, and coaching of all department associates to provide world-class customer service.
You will:
· Adhere to the departmental policies and procedures
· Coach and develop associates within your department
· Be accountable for monitoring and achieving sales, purchasing, and labor targets
· Work closely with store leadership to communicate and execute weekly sales messages, ads, and inventory
· Build relationships with vendors within your community
You will have:
· Knowledge of product, merchandising, and inventory management
· Excellent interpersonal, team building, and customer relationship skills
· Capable of teaching others in a positive and constructive manner
· Basic Microsoft Suite knowledge
