School Technology Support - Part time

Albertus Magnus High School is a coed Catholic school seeking a part-time School Technology Support professional to join our team. As a School Technology Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to students and staff in a school setting. This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Job begins 9/1/24

Duties:
- Provide help desk support to students and staff for technical issues
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of mobile devices, including tablets and laptops
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on Windows and Mac OS platforms
- Perform network administration tasks, including user account management and security settings
- Assist with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting
- Maintain inventory of technology equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate technology into the classroom
- Provide training sessions for students and staff on technology usage

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical support or IT support role preferred
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, network administration, and IT support principles
- Familiarity with Meraki networking equipment is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
