Albi is seeking a team- and guest-minded Server Assistant who is highly motivated and passionate about hospitality. We are seeking individuals who have the desire to provide informed, warm, and confident service while seeking to increase their knowledge and grow as professionals. Our style of service is informed by the fine-dining schools Chef Michael Rafidi has learned from, but is approachable & comforting.

Chef Rafidi takes inspiration from his family’s Palestinian roots, bringing to the table an experience that melds the ancient tradition of the region’s coal-fired cuisine with local, seasonal, Mid-Atlantic ingredients and a refined culinary acumen. Daytime cafe, YELLOW, offers pita sandwiches, mezze, pastries which meld Levantine ingredients and flavors with classic French technique, and inventive coffee offerings.

1 year experience as Server Assisant or similar role
