Corporate Associate (Life Sciences)
Location - New York
Hybrid - Full-time, Permanent
Salary - $260-365,000

Key Responsibilities:
Working with venture backed private and public companies through a range of transactions:
- Equity Financing
- IPOs
- M&A
- Corporate Governance
Qualifications and Experience:
- JD from an ABA-approved law school & relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain promptly).
- 3-5 years' experience in a broad range of lifecycle corporate and transactional matters.
- Law firm experience.
- Experience in public company work and registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-on offerings).
- Experience working with life sciences companies strongly preferred, or a demonstrable interest in life science work.
