The Director of Operations for Albright LIFE will oversee the day-to-day operational activities, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the participants. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, staff supervision, and continuous quality improvement to provide high-quality care and support to the elderly and disabled.
Must be located in Central Pennsylvania.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for PACE programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
