CNC Operator/Machinist

Alchemy Precision has an immediate opening for an experienced and energetic CNC Programmer/Machine Operator for our custom Mold-making Company. The right candidate will efficiently produce top-quality results while maintaining quality and safety standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machining
• Operational knowledge of Vertical Machining Centers
• Strong organization skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Excellent attendance and punctuality mandatory

VALUE-ADDED SKILLS:

• Experience with Plastics/Molding
• Experience with Visi-Series CAD/CAM a plus – Will train!
• Experience in EDM process a plus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Program, Set-up and Machine Mold Components efficiently and accurately
• Preventative maintenance of machines
• Coordinate jobs with CNC Manager and Mold Makers
• Flexibility with hours as overtime may occur on a regular basis

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Good mobility, energy level and ability to routinely lift 50 pounds
• Requires good visual and audio acuity
• THIS IS A NON-RELOCATION POSITION

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
