Job Details
ALCIVIA is looking for a HVAC Coordinator to efficiently and successfully coordinate with technicians and customers while also handling billing, documentation of warranties, and maintaining customer records.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technician schedules in an efficient way
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Exceed customer expectations
- Handle billing, documentation of warranties, and maintain customer records
- Relay relevant details of customer calls to technicians
- Complete daily billing of service calls and reschedule if parts needed
- Administer customer maintenance program
- Maintain HVAC websites including updating specials and customer reviews
- Develop and maintain a flat rate sales and service book
- Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible
- Help out in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows
- Other duties as assigned
