HVAC Coordinator

ALCIVIA is looking for a HVAC Coordinator to efficiently and successfully coordinate with technicians and customers while also handling billing, documentation of warranties, and maintaining customer records.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technician schedules in an efficient way
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Exceed customer expectations
• Handle billing, documentation of warranties, and maintain customer records
• Relay relevant details of customer calls to technicians
• Complete daily billing of service calls and reschedule if parts needed
• Administer customer maintenance program
• Maintain HVAC websites including updating specials and customer reviews
• Develop and maintain a flat rate sales and service book
• Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible
• Help out in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Previous HVAC experience a plus
