Your day-to-day as a Housekeeping Lead

As a Housekeeping Lead, you will oversee Room, Laundry, and House Attendants, ensuring the cleanliness and appeal of all guest rooms and public spaces. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative team environment, supporting and mentoring your team, and working closely with other departments to enhance both guest and employee experiences.

Here are some of the ways you'll be helping out:

• Leadership. Lead daily morning meetings, set the agenda, and ensure clear communication within the team.
• Training and Mentoring. Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
• Collaboration. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Guest Relations. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, promoting a high standard of service.
• Safety and Efficiency. Ensure a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Housekeeping Lead Qualifications

• Required | 2 years' experience in Hotel/Resort Housekeeping*
• Required | Flexible availability including weekends

*Due to the nature of hotel housekeeping, residential and commercial cleaning are unfortunately not considered towards this requirement.
