Iris Healthcare, powered by Aledade, Inc., is an Austin-based company offering an Advance Care Planning (ACP) program by phone and video for people facing serious medical conditions. Learn more about us and our mission: www.irishealthcarecom. We help individuals to think through what kind of medical care they want or don’t want if they were ever unable to speak for themselves. We then help them document these wishes in advance care planning documents (such as living wills, medical power of attorney forms, or advance directives).
Who We Are Seeking:
Iris is looking for an extremely detail-oriented ACP Document Processor to join our growing Advanced Care Services team. You will be responsible for sending, receiving and distributing ACP documents on behalf of our members. The position is 100% onsite at our office in Austin, eight hour shift (flexible schedule) and pays $20/hr.
\n- Prepare Member Document Mailings in accordance with company policy that result from ACP conversations
- Ensure that paperwork returned is accurately completed, scanned, and distributed
- Perform your responsibilities efficiently and effectively, while maintaining member confidentiality, following HIPAA guidelines, and displaying utmost level of professionalism
- Prepare Member Document Mailings in accordance with company policy that result from ACP conversations
- 2 years clerical experience
- Detail-oriented, high quality producer
- Advanced administrative skills
- Medical or legal documents background
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for helping others
- Associate Degree
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
