Clinical Innovation Specialist, Remote

We are actively recruiting a Clinical Innovation Specialist. This role is responsible for leading practice clinical innovation and transformation in collaboration with the practice transformation specialists and regional medical directors. The  primary goals are to optimize clinical and quality outcomes as well as avoid unnecessary costs within defined populations (e.g., patients with uncontrolled hypertension or patients with uncontrolled diabetes). Aledade has built a successful business strategy and this role will provide clinical innovation and transformation support plus be a significant contributor to the company by providing the greatest level of benefit possible to patients and practices. Today, Aledade is a thriving growth stage company with a track record of success through technology enablement (including our proprietary software platform) and practice transformation by healthcare experts with local knowledge. We are searching for a Clinical Innovation Specialist to support clinical innovation and transformation within our partner practices to optimize population health outcomes. We are looking for individuals who genuinely believe that Aledade’s model of physician-led ACOs can improve healthcare quality and lower costs. This role can be based out of Bethesda, MD or work remotely within the US.
