Senior Counsel, Remote

Aledade seeks an experienced attorney to provide advice and support on a wide range of legal and business matters. The Senior Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate agreements entered into with national and regional health plans, with a focus on risk-sharing arrangements including gainsharing arrangements and pay-for-performance, among others, as well as all agreements entered into in connection therewith.  This attorney must be comfortable with various risk sharing arrangement programs such as Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and various other commercial programs and will work closely with Senior Leadership on such risk-sharing arrangement contracts and all related corporate legal matters. The Senior Counsel will have a multi-faceted role spanning support for the commercial team and critical business partnerships.  We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or from our HQ office in Bethesda, MD.
