As a Benefit Technology Analyst, you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring the administration platform is built and maintained to ensure optimal client satisfaction and ease of use.
About Employee Navigator:
Employee Navigator (ENav) is an HR technology platform that works with insurance carriers, payroll companies & insurance brokers. This platform is designed to make it easier for our customers to manage the complexity of employee benefits & HR including benefits administration, onboarding & much more.
- Maintaining client sites (including: benefit plan rules, details, costs, text and documents) on an ongoing and annual basis
- Acting as systems subject matter for clients and internal team requests and ad-hoc trainings
- Testing client sites to ensure proper functionality and quality
- Identifying and troubleshooting set-up issues
- Importing data into our systems as needed
- Preparing employee and employer communications
- Triage client concerns and/or questions (email and voicemail) and provide next response time
- Auditing system data from various sources; produce reports providing summary and details surrounding the audits
- Resolving data discrepancies between systems and external vendors: insurance carriers, Third Party Administrators, and payroll/HRIS systems
- Assisting with ad hoc client and team projects as needed and assigned
- Proficiency in Excel is required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- 2-3 years of professional client facing experience within an analytical/data management role or benefits administration role
- Experience with Employee Navigator preferred
- Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
- High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness
- Strong troubleshooting skills for supporting web-based applications
- Must possess a passion for teamwork, client service and reaching business results through problem solving
- Reliable transportation required for travel within the San Antonio, TX area
