What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Recruiter position at Alera Group?
Attract, engage source, and interviews qualified passive and active candidates for all Alera Group locations across the USA. Facilitates the recruiting process for all open positions and consult with hiring managers on candidate selection. Develops talent pipelines for hard to fill roles and executes scalable recruiting strategies to attract high caliber candidates.
- Engage in the full life cycle recruiting (including the scheduling and logistics), ensuring both candidates and hiring team receives excellent customer service and builds the Talent Acquisition brand through personal interactions and networking.
- Maintain strong relationships with all candidates to keep them informed throughout the process and to ensure they become part of Alera Group’s talent network for future consideration.
- Develop pipeline of active and passive talent by networking with professional contacts and industry leaders; establish and maintain ongoing communication with talent and referral resources.
- Manages the agency relationships for positions out to search by consulting vendors and hiring managers ensuring that right talent is being submitted and that candidates are engaged.
- Demonstrate a high-level knowledge of using the following to source both passive and active talent: recruitment boards, talent communities, Boolean logic, Facebook, Linkedin.com and other social media platforms, Google strings, etc. to identify talent for hard to fill positions.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop strategy for current and anticipated staffing needs.
- Maintain applicant records within applicant tracking system and prepare statistical reports on recruitment projects
- Function as a SME on all areas of the recruitment process, including a thorough understanding of changes in the marketplace and employment law.
- Work on high-volume recruitment projects and function as the lead on recruitment initiatives
- Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Understands and demonstrates Alera Group’s core values.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or related equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment, 2 years of sourcing and recruiting entrepreneurial sales professionals preferred
- Must be able to work in a demanding environment, handling a high requisition load for various geographic locations/hiring managers and keeping overall company time to fill low.
- Experience in utilizing an applicant tracking systems i.e., Ceridian, ICIMS, Jobvite, Cornerstone
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to occasionally travel to attend various recruiting-related events
- Ability to utilize creative sourcing techniques to include network organizations, social media, cold calling, referrals, etc
- CIR, PRC and/or CSSR Certifications preferred
