BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR
Liaison for Customer Care and Sales for customer moves. Provide customer service with civility, confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring security and safety of our customers. Coordinating branch office functions including the scheduling of service to customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement.
- Liaison for Customer Care and Sales for customer moves.
- Schedule service for customers.
- Institutes action plan for customer service.
- Advanced troubleshooting and follow-up.
- Tracking/logging branch service tickets, sales leads, and appointments.
- Audits customer billings.
- Customer communications - calls, emails, and messages.
- Ability to utilize PC keyboarding efficiently and accurately with proficient data entry skills.
Qualifications

- Ability to pass alarm monitoring certification.
- Demonstrate organization and workflow coordination skills.
- Maintaining customer goodwill and maintaining the customer business.
- Understands and demonstrates customer service.
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintains a professional demeanor with customers and peers.
- Understands and accepts team concept.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass background and drug screen process.
- Ability to sit while using computer and phone equipment for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours daily).
- Stress levels are moderate with work associated with security and safety nature of emergency responders.
- Must be able to accept supervision and direction from Branch Operations Manager.
