MILESTONES AND DELIVERABLES: Six (6) staff developers to assist the Agency with work necessary to move all data and billings off outdated servers. Developers will work in AGILE sprints. Each developer is required to complete eight to ten (8 – 10) points of development per two-week sprint. This work shall allow the Agency to transition off old program databases and outdated billing systems. Work shall take place at the Agency’s Springfield Office location, or remotely as specifically directed by the Agency’s CIO, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except state holidays. The staff shall work on priority development tasks on an as-needed basis assigned by the Agency.
