Job Description We are looking for a Junior Technical Writer to play an important role in driving Alertus’ rapid growth. The Junior Technical Writer will be part of the Technical Publications team and a key player in bringing our mission to life. In this role, you will oversee all the internal and external technical documentation resources and own content in the Alertus Knowledge Base (KB). This is a crucial role where strong writing skills and a thorough technical understanding of the Alertus product suite are key to successfully providing the best technical resources for our employees and our customers. Our ideal candidate is driven and can ensure our technical documentation keeps pace with product development. Alertus Technologies is subject to the Federal Contractor and Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) requirements of the Federal Mandate for COVID-19 Vaccination.
