The Operations Manager will lead through the companies’ four priorities as you support the stores and company being a liaison for information, scorecards, training and Profit/Loss initiatives. Lead and support all needed operations functions with the ability to pivot as needs arise. Responsibilities of Fuel Center oversite with licenses, state regulations and operations execution.
1. Analyze metrics and trends utilizing various reports such as Blue Bar, Labor, Sales Recaps, etc. and provide insight and direction to District Leadership Team. Overseeing and leading to company commitments around Logile, CGO, 5s etc. to be on process 2. Intimately involved with equipment specs that are unique to Kj’s/IGA brand as partnering with product directors rolling out new programs.3. Managing inventory and over-site of Blanding Street warehouse. Oversees new projects for the company as well as purchase orders for buggies, menu boards, etc. Creating purchase orders and seeing them through the system to ensure payment has been delivered to business partners. 4. Work with stores to develop best practices and deploy resources where needed to facilitate Magic/CGO work stream efficiencies. 5. Responsible for Safety Program oversight in stores and handling incoming reports of workplace injuries and coordination with different departments to ensure proper processes are followed. Partnership with LP/Safety team that owns policies and SOPs. 6. Support and Assist store leadership teams with audits, State Inspections and ECOLAB processes coupled with direct ties to Ale Lee Internal Audits and AML compliance commitments. 7. Facilitate business partnership between retail stores and warehouse to include supply/delivery issues, order questions, scheduling, etc.8. Prepare and deliver information to store teams pertaining to sales/contest recaps, store huddle content and brand/refresh updates.9. Conduct store visits and assist with follow up/implementation of recommendations resulting from audits, fresh assessments, leadership visits, etc.10. Partner with Regional Trainer to recommend training for store host teams and assist with selection of individuals for participation in training programs. Leading by example around Legendary Guest service all while building plans and execution points for the operations/company. Mystery shop over-site and communication. 11. Follow Up with Store Managers on HSLAP Action Planning & Implementation12. Mentor/Develop Store leadership team on best company practices and leading teams in a manner consistent with company philosophy and culture.13. Oversight of cash handling practices and coordination with A/P to mitigate losses and potential “scam” campaigns at stores.14. Participate in Leadership Review Meetings with District Managers and provide report outs on upcoming plans/programs, ongoing issues and overall updates from department.15. Work with HE/TA to coordinate staffing concerns, seasonal upticks and host relations issues brought forth from stores.16. Drive store level participation in host recognition efforts such as Y’ALL winners, celebration events, etc.17. TOPCO Champion for WLFs as a liaison between TOPCO and the stakeholders for Floco Foods.
