Position: Network Infrastructure Manager

Location: North Shore, MA

Managing a 3 person team

Onsite 3 days a week - Salem, MA

Reports to the VP of Infrastructure and Operations

This is a hands on Manager role – They will be involved in the budgeting for the team, management, strategic side, planning and development of network services while also participating from a hand on side.

Azure Cloud Networking
SD Wan
Cloud telephony
Palo Alt Firewalls both on prem and cloud
NOC Monitoring
Global protect VPN
Cisco Routers and Switches

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Network engineers responsible for telecommunications service, billing, and service plans.
• Provide input into strategic decisions and budget development.
• Resolve escalated issues requiring coordination with other departments.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Extensive experience in building/supporting/troubleshooting Azure/AWS Cloud Networks.
• Understanding of Express Route/Direct Connect, SIP, PRI, and Cloud Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Palo Alto, Global Protect VPN, and Cisco routers/switches.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year or technical school.
• 3 years of managerial experience.

Certifications:

• Microsoft and Cisco Certifications preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Regular sitting, occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to drive or travel for business needs.
