The Alexander Technology Group is working with a rapidly growing biotech startup in Greater Boston to identify a Sr. Business Systems Analyst with strong ERP configuration experience. This Sr. Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the use of various software application systems. such as ERP and CRM solutions. This role requires a broad working knowledge of CRM and ERP implementation, database management, project management experience, the ability to remain up to date with the latest software developments, and a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent work experience).
Key Skills: (Must have)
5 years experience implementing, configuring and managing CRM Systems (they use Salesforce)
5 years experience implementing, supporting and managing ERP Systems (they use Syteline, but any ERP could be applicable
SQL Queries
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate operations and systems to identify optimal software solutions for improved efficiency
Assess existing systems capabilities and recommend potential upgrades or alternate systems
Monitor rollout of new software to ensure successful deployment and user adoption
Oversee and manage the integration of their ERP and CRM with Office 365, SharePoint applications
Training users on existing or new software applications
Remaining knowledgeable in the latest industry software advances
