Job Summary:

Lozano & Associates, part of Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law PLL,C is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with minimum 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is aggressive both with pre-trial strategies and in court who is not willing to settle for less than the client deserves. Additionally, s/he must have strong case management skills who can and will diligently litigate a matter from inception, devise and execute a discovery plan, handle complex briefing and oversee the settlement process as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases at any stage

• Prepare pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions and briefs in support of strategies

• Provide effective and timely communications, information, legal advice, status reports and other services to clients and claims on legal and factual issues

• Responsible for the prompt, efficient and effective disposition of assigned cases

• Strong, aggressive representation in deposition

• Independently prepares and presents witnesses and evidence at trials, judicial and administrative hearings, arbitrations and mediations

• Other job duties as assigned

Who you are:

• 5 years of personal injury litigation experience

• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills

• Strong negotiation and legal strategy/critical thinking skills

• Ability to independently manage multiple complex cases from inception to/through trial

• Strong track record

• Experience handling general liability, auto PI, premises liability, construction defect, transportation, habitability, EUOs, and/or SIU

• Must be an active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar

• Spanish fluency is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
