  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college is preferred.
  • Medical Assistant Certification is required.
  • 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
  • Must maintain BLS certification.
  • Knowledge of insurance preauthorization is required.
  • Medical Terminology knowledge is required.
  • Must be able to scribe for a busy cardiologist, maintain clinical documentation in a timely manner, and follow the direction of the LPN team lead.
  • Customer service skills are required.
  • Maintain incoming calls and return all voicemails within a 24 hour period.
  • Refill Medications and maintain accurate medication list.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
