The Manager of Communications will oversee all internal and external communications for the organization, ensuring that all messaging is consistent, engaging and builds on brand recognition. This role will include creating informative content, pursuing media opportunities to share our brand and services, preparing and sending press releases and articles for publication, and development of company newsletters.

- Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed media activity reports.
- Plan and manage the development of storytelling ideas that will engage and grow media relations that benefit the organization.
- Work with various departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
- Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.
- Create communication strategies for new locations, events, and promotions.
- Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience.
- Proven experience creating targeted content.
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
