Regional ICQA-Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (Bilingual Mandarin Preferred)

Job Description:

1. Fully responsible for the quality management of warehouse operation in the region, and support collaborative operation to achieve quality KPI;

2. To build standards around quality management strategies for training, strengthen quality closed-loop management mechanisms, and improve operational quality management capabilities and awareness;

3. Take the responsibility for the process early warning and result assessment of inventory quality, including the implementation of inventory KPI monitoring, audit flight inspection, drawing and other periodic work;

4. Inventory variance analysis can effectively diagnose the causes of problems and propose feasible solutions, precipitate corresponding processes and methods, and continuously improve inventory quality;

5. Be responsible for customer complaint management & quality event control of warehouse consumer dimension and merchant dimension, promote follow-up improvement progress, verify improvement effect until closed loop;

6. Be responsible for the implementation of quality improvement projects in the headquarters in the region and warehouse, and can also actively initiate quality improvement projects in the region to continuously optimize inventory quality;

7. Be responsible for the relevant quality assurance work during the peak season (pre-peak season patrol warning & training, peak season audit, and the inventory repair & resumption after peak season);

8. To be responsible for implementing other work items assigned by the supervisor;

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above;

2. At least 2 years quality management related working experience, quality management in e-commerce logistics related industry is preferred; at least 1 year team management or project management experience;

3. Knowledge of quality management tools and analysis methods, experience in building relevant quality system is preferred;

4. Have good logical thinking ability, clear thinking, good at analyzing and solving problems, cross department communication ability;

5. Strong principle, good team work, result oriented to achieve work goals, and have the ability to innovate;

6. Proficient in using MS office software;

7. Communicate both in English and Chinese;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
