We are looking for highly motivated BD Expert to join our talent team to help scale our growing America local sales and enhancement service. BD roles experienced in ocean/air forwarding sales for varied customers are highly welcomed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up
- Utilize CRM and similar software to track sales activity and forecast future sales, utilize Alibaba-Cainiao internal system to administrate clients contractual relationship.
- Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly/ and annual sales targets , that including but not limited to Volume /revenue and profit margin target.
- Being the commercial owner, support new client / new service implementation and keep daily operation level up to mark.
- Administrate and responsible for client contract terms execution , including but not limited to client account payable collection.
Skill set and requirement:
- At least 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on Warehouse Fulfillment& Last Mile Product.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities, work under pressure
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent English communication skills. Written and spoken Chinese/Spanish preferred but not a must
- Prefer Bachelor’s degree but not a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
