- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk position
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Experience providing exceptional customer service
If you have previous experience as a personal assistant, medical receptionist, or in order entry, it would be considered a plus.
