After nearly ten years of development, the company has also developed into a full-service real estate enterprise integrating real estate investment consulting, architectural design, landscape design, and interior design, trusted by hundreds of real estate development companies.
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate and consulting professional to bring clients' architectural dreams to life. The candidate is coachable, approachable, sociable, and organized, with the strong analytical skill to help our clients to solve problems. Here are a few responsibilities you would expect:
Job Description:
- Execute the assignments from the sales manager, conduct sales activities and research, visit customers, develop markets, implement sales strategies and promotional plans, and collect competitive market information.
- Responsible for the introduction and promotion of various products of the company.
- Able to reflect and solve the problems of customers in a timely manner.
- Keep up with current market information and development trends.
- Formulate a proper work schedule according to the sales tasks assigned by the manager, and summarize reports and logs on time.
- Have an active learning attitude at all times, be willing to learn more professional market knowledge, and be able to clearly introduce product features and advantages compared with competing products to customers.
- Have strong coordination and communication skills, and be able to adjust negotiation strategies at any time according to market characteristics and customer needs.
- Create personal sales goals; track pipeline, sales, and conversion rates.
- Perform other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Preferably Spanish, Vietnams, or Chinese Speaking Optional
- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales (Preferred)
- Prior experience in construction, or solar sales (Preferred)
- Basic Knowledge of construction principles
- Excellent Oral English communication
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Must be located in the Los Angeles area
- Must have an active driver’s license and an operable, insured vehicle

Pay: $36,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
