We are looking for a RN Assisted Director of Nursing to round out the team. ADON:
- Current Washington RN licensing is a must.
- Infection Control, (PCC) and management experience is a plus.
- 2 years previous as an ADON or Charge Nurse experience in a SNF.
- Management Experience in Short-term rehab setting a plus
- Team player with leadership skills / strong communication.
- 5-star Staffing / Great Support all around.
- Quarterly and Yearly bonus for the entire team.
- Strong ADMIN, DON and Regional in place.
- Full Clinical and Operational team in place.
