• Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Role Overview: In the dynamic environment of APS, the role of a Manufacturing Engineer and Project Manager is pivotal. This position is designed for a professional who is not just an engineer by qualification but a leader by nature. You will be the linchpin in our projects, managing them from the initial design phase through to manufacturing and eventual delivery, ensuring that every project reflects APS's hallmark of excellence. Your expertise will also extend to overseeing our comprehensive field service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically lead projects from the design engineering stage through manufacturing to delivery, ensuring alignment with APS’s standards and client expectations.
• Implement best-in-class lean manufacturing practices to elevate efficiency and quality.
• Foster a seamless integration between the manufacturing process and field service management.
• Utilize your leadership skills to mentor teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Leverage your technical acumen to provide innovative solutions in manufacturing and field services.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrable experience in manufacturing engineering and project management is essential.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies is a must.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with an ability to mentor and inspire teams.
• A knack for problem-solving and innovation.
