Alite Associated Schools is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Substitute Preschool Teacher Aide or Assistant for our Associated Schools for the area of Anaheim, CA. and surrounding areas in Orange County, CA.
Under the supervision of Child Development Supervisor, the substitute teacher aide or assistant will assist in the implementation of program curriculum and school readiness in preparing the classroom materials and plans providing quality learning experiences for young children. The substitute teacher/assistant will assist in the implementation of methods that promote independence, curiosity, decision making, cooperation, persistence, creativity, and problem solving.
Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring and safe environment for the children.
Experience in an Early Head-Start, Head Start, Montessori, and/or Childcare Center setting is a PLUS.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 0-11 units in Child Development or Early Childhood or related.
- A.A. or B.A. in Child Development or Early Childhood is a PLUS.
- Minimum 3 Units in Infants and Toddlers it's a PLUS.
Requirements:
- MUST BE WILLING TO COMMUTE.
- Must have open availability (Monday to Friday full time).

Salary: $15.50 - $16.25 per hour
