A Field Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers and clients in the field, which typically involves the following duties:
A Field Support Engineer must have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills, as well as good communication and customer service abilities. They should also be able to work independently and be flexible with their schedules, as they may need to travel to customer sites and be available for after-hours support.
Role Qualifications
The pay range listed for this posting may vary depending on experience.
Pay range: $115,000-125,000
